Classic wood & craft first priority is to ensure that customer get furniture safe and scratch-free. We pack your furniture in 5 layers packaging material. We pack furniture using the following procedure.

Furniture can be in a single piece or in parts. So Furniture parts are numbered for assembly and packed individually. First, the Furniture is covered in bubble wrap followed by EPE thick foam, then a dry grass and nylon wrap packaging are done. Then Hardboard wooden box is made, which is then stuffed with paper scrap and thermocol sheet is kept on all sides, finally iron / plastic striping is done on it. Finally, the Name and address are written on this wooden box.

D. For Overseas Delivery, Shipping Charges Will Be Additional or As Per Actuals.

E. For Overseas We Provide Home Delivery By Air & By Sea, Our Agent Will Take Care Of Custom Clearance.

F. We Provide Home Delivery to the USA, Dubai, U.K, Europe, Australia, Canada, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran, Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore, Oman, Jordan, Denmark, Croatia, and Many Other Countries.

G. Overseas Customers Can Ask For Port to Port Delivery or Can Arrange Shipping By Themself.

Kindly note few important points

A. Classic wood & craft will be responsible for the delivery of your order to your address inside your premises, on the ground. Once you have inspected the goods on the ground and accepted the delivery, Classic wood & craft responsibility, and promise of safe delivery of your order ends right there.

B. You can make your own arrangements for the smooth carriage of goods from your door / House or complex to the inside of the floor/ upstairs you may reside / or the place you want to place goods ordered. Classic wood & craft will not be responsible and liable for any damage to goods during such a transfer /movement.

C. Classic wood & craft does not take any responsibility whatsoever at the time of delivery on the ground that access to your desired location is not possible (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the furniture through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.). Before ordering, you are under an obligation to ensure that there is adequate room to take your purchased furniture through any doorways and windows of your premises, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns.

D. We understand your concern about safety and security of items you purchased from us. Please be assured that your money / goods are absolutely safe with us, and we will take utmost care to ensure that your trust on us remains perpetually strong.

E. If by any chance you do not want to place order here or having any kind of payment problem so feel free to contact us as we also have othr payment options. We accepts 30% payment as advance and 20% at mid and 50% before delivery.....if you want you can opt this option for order.
